With 20 years’ experience in the housing sector, Karl is responsible for adding value to this area of the business. Having gained a BSc in Construction Management and a HND in Construction, Karl combines his skills and experience to deliver a range of services. Karl provides professional advice to maximise the financial return for our clients.

Prior to joining Concertus Karl had successfully led two start-up businesses to become medium sized house builders, delivering circa 200 units per year. His most recent role involved developing two sites (in Kent and Norfolk) which contained 5,202 units overall.

Key strengths of Karl’s include being very organised and a clear communicator. He works to deadlines and liaises closely with multiple professions to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
