As an Associate, Chris’ role involves leading the Project Management team. He is responsible for the development of the team, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and delivered above clients’ expectations.
Chris has 20 years of experience in construction and design. During this time he has worked for architects, contractors, and consultants, carrying out various roles such as Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Design Manager, and Project Coordinator. His vast experience has allowed him to build extensive knowledge and skills of managing projects of various scopes and sizes. He is an expert in stakeholder liaison and co-ordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring clients’ deliverables are met and that the programmes are adhered to throughout.
During his career, Chris worked on a series of projects for the Ministry of Justice’s Custodial Estate as Client Representative/Project Manager. He delivered schemes to implement fire safety systems, new build units, and refurbishments across two prisons. Chris has also been Project Manager for the Royal Household Property Section. In this role he completed refurbishment projects at Buckingham Palace, St James’s Palace, and Kensington Palace.
