Beth leads the Marketing and Communications Team at Concertus and her role is to ensure that the business is always effectively promoted on the most appropriate platforms, both internally with colleagues as well as externally to our wider audience and clients.
With a background in hospitality and sales, Beth has significant experience of working closely with a wide range of business needs. Beth is responsible for developing the team and project marketing strategies. She is driven by her passion to connect teams and promote her colleagues’ hard work and success stories via social media, news articles, client engagement and milestone events for Concertus’ projects.
In addition to organising external events, Beth also manages internal communication platforms to ensure staff are kept up to date with the latest news. Concertus’ website is run in-house, alongside chosen social media platforms and, from these, Beth regularly reports on the analytics to make sure our clients’ requirements are constantly met.
Beth is an approachable point of contact within the business and brings great energy to not only her work but those around her. She is passionate in what she does and wouldn’t change her job role for the world. Beth strongly believes in the power of storytelling through marketing and confesses that researching and learning new trends, setting SMART objectives and analysing their success is her geeky pleasure.
