Charlotte manages the HR function and team for Concertus. Having joined the business in 2016 after graduating from university, Charlotte showed a constant desire to learn and grow. Concertus supported Charlotte throughout her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and, as a result, her dedication has seen her progress from HR Assistant to HR Manager.

Working collaboratively across the multi-disciplined teams, Charlotte leads on internal processes and enjoys being able to make a difference to employees’ working lives.
