David is a great believer in teamwork. He uses his skills in problem solving and delegation to ensure the company’s design outputs are of the highest quality, meet budgets and keep pace with project timescales.

Before joining Concertus, David gained over 20 years of experience in roles for private national and regional contractors where he developed a background in main contracting. This has equipped David with a strong understanding of the building process and has strengthened his ability to not only identify and manage the pressures of the internal team, but also those from the contractors’ point of view.

David works hard to ensure all of the company’s design disciplines deliver what is promised. Previously, David was responsible for the work produced by our Structural and Civil, Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Interior Architecture studios. David’s role has evolved to focus on project delivery and to lead frameworks. David collaborates closely with our contractors in both framework and design and build environments to ensure our teams’ outputs are maximised for the benefit of our clients.
