Andrew has supported and advised the board of Concertus as a Non-Executive Director since April 2016.
A chartered surveyor, Andrew has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.
This includes consultancy with 4ps and Local Partnerships, where he was the corporate director heading the national housing and property team, and with Deloitte and Touche advising authorities, government and the corporate sector on all aspects of optimising asset use.
He has held senior roles in local government and the fire service in London and for 10 years he was Director of Property and Asset Management at Cambridgeshire County Council, gaining beacon status for the authority in asset management (one of five authorities awarded this status nationwide) and also separately for procurement.
Over recent years he has led many asset management assignments for the East of England Local Government Association.
Andrew holds the Chartered Institute of Housing’s Professional Qualification where he is a chartered member. He has an MA from Oxford University and MSc from the London School of Economics, London University.
