Andy has a wealth of experience, spending 32 years of his career working primarily with Regional Contractors in various roles including Estimator, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Senior Design Manager, Key Account Manager, Senior Development Manager, and Preconstruction Manager. As Key Account Manager for Marston’s PLC developments, Andy delivered £75m of new build property on their estate and led 100 schemes.

In his role as Commercial Manager, Andy holds responsibility for all commercial matters. This primarily includes frameworks, bid management (public procured projects, frameworks, and Design and Build) and legal matters across the Group.

Andy shares his knowledge with his team and works collaboratively to provide innovative solutions tailored to meet clients’ requirements. His practical understanding allows him to join the construction process to the design process, facilitate clients’ strategic requirements, whilst providing a holistic overview of end-to-end delivery.

Andy is currently working his way through the 1001 books to read in your lifetime list - his favourite so far is Ian McEwan’s ‘Amsterdam’.
